Founders Camp Capital Welcomes Rand Blazer as Senior Advisor

New York, NY / Washington, D.C., September 24, 2026 — Founders Camp Capital, LLC (“Founders Camp Capital” or “the Firm”), a private investment firm pairing operating and transaction experience with AI and digital transformation capability to back founder-led technology and professional services businesses in the lower middle market, today announced that Rand Blazer has joined the firm as Senior Advisor.

The firm formally launched in August. Founders Camp Capital invests in businesses generating $10 million to $50 million in revenue and $2 million to $10 million in EBITDA across U.S. commercial and federal government end markets, investing deal-by-deal and pursuing minority and control investments.

Rand Blazer brings four decades of leadership at the intersection of technology, professional services, and public markets. He currently serves as Executive Vice Chairman of Everforth, Inc. (NYSE: EFOR). He previously served as President of Apex Systems and, following its acquisition, President of ASGN, where he significantly grew the business. Earlier in his career, he was President of the public sector business at SAP America. Before that, he served as Chairman and CEO of KPMG Consulting, later BearingPoint, where he orchestrated the firm's spinout IPO from KPMG, at the time the fourth-largest IPO in NASDAQ history.
